Jamshedpur... needs revival

I observe that the developement rate of the city of jamshedpur has been very slow for over past few years. If it goes at the same growth rate for some more years it will soon be decaying just like Kanpur did.
The infrastructure of the city need changes, with more recreational and entertainment facilities for the residents.
The most urgent and demanding need is a decent movie hall in the city. The residents are quite capable to pay 50-100 Rs to watch the movie in a decent environment. Why not Payal and Basant just renovates themshelves with increased security guards and raise the ticket price. I don't think any family goes to any of the movie hall that city provides now, why? The reason is simple
1. The security is not enough to prevent the troubles caused by eve-teasers.
2. The residents are not sure if they will get the tickets at the counter at all (because most of the tickets are mostly sold in black).
3. No provision for online/telephonic booking of the tickets.
4. The hall itself is not clean enough to pull the decent families.

Apart from this the city needs good shopping malls (not stores but malls), more concerts and events. This are the things that will help money keep rolling. We don't even have a Pub/Disco in the city yet. These are very key things required in keeping the growth rate of the city high and if we do not take action now we might be too late.
