Who is contributing towards relief...

It’s nice to see the way Indian masses have come up together to contribute and help for the aid of the Tsunami affected victims. But still there are lot more to be done and requires lot more of help both in terms of man power and money to re-establish the villages destroyed by the killer Tsunami.
Corporate big wigs like Infy and TCS has done their part by contributing to the PM’s relief fund, but where are others? RIL is busy with their family dispute and are not bothered to look into this help issue.
Contributions have come even from some of the known generous bollywood stars. But the number from the giant industry is too low. I have heard the news recently that even the Rickshaw wala’s in Chennai had contributed their days pay, are the stars of bollywood really so poor?
What about the contributions from the sports world? Cricket and Tennis stars earn a huge amount; can’t they donate a bit of their match fee for the help of the victims? Yes, it is true that they are organizing charity match, but that is finally pooling the money from the aam-janta. Why don’t they contribute from their own pocket?
Finally, not to mention, our beloved Politicians. So far I have’nt heard of any donations from Laloo or Jayalalitha who are among the wealthiest of the Indian politicians. And these are the people who will be going around to these same villages, begging for votes from the very same people to whom they are ignoring the help.
I am waiting for a Tsunami that will come one day and wash away all these corrupt politicians of India.
