Should we accept the foreign aid for relief?

The PM's was clear on his thoughts and I appreciate his decision. The Tsunami had hit some of the strategically important sites like the kalpakkam nuclear power plant and the IAF base in the Andaman & Nicobar Island, allowing the foreign countries to invade these areas, without analyzing the losses and the after effects could be disastrous from the National Security point of view.
